Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

France: 2–5 business days

Europe: 3–7 business days

International: 5–12 business days

These delivery times are estimates and may vary.

In accordance with applicable consumer laws, orders will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the order confirmation date, unless otherwise agreed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Responsibility for Delivery

Serica remains responsible for your order until it has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at contact@serica-paris.com so we can assist you and resolve the issue.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to carriers or external factors.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the address upon request.

If the order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.

Returns Policy

Each item at Serica is carefully selected or reworked, and we encourage you to review product descriptions and sizing before purchasing.

Vintage Pieces

All vintage items are one-of-a-kind and may show minor signs of wear.

In accordance with European consumer laws, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned:
in their original condition
unworn, unwashed
with any original tags (if applicable)

Once the return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Upcycled Pieces

Our upcycled pieces are unique garments, made in limited quantities.

Due to their nature, we do not offer refunds on these items.

However, if your piece does not fit or meet your expectations, you may request:
an exchange (subject to availability), or
a store credit (voucher) equal to the value of the item

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in original condition.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@serica-paris.com with your order number.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible
