Nous livrons dans le monde entier depuis notre atelier en Irlande du Nord.

Royaume-Uni et Irlande :
Livraison gratuite pour les commandes de plus de 200 €. Livraison standard en 3 à 5 jours ouvrables. Les pièces fabriquées sur commande sont expédiées après production (3 à 6 semaines).

International :
Toutes les commandes internationales sont envoyées en utilisant le système « Delivered Duty Paid » (DDP). Les frais de douane, les droits et les taxes sont inclus. La livraison est généralement effectuée dans les 5 à 10 jours ouvrables après l'expédition.

Suivi et retards :
Des numéros de suivi sont fournis. Nous ne sommes pas responsables des retards de messagerie, mais nous vous soutiendrons en cas de problèmes.

Each item at Serica is carefully selected or reworked, and we encourage you to review product descriptions and sizing before purchasing.

Vintage Pieces
All vintage items are one-of-a-kind and may show minor signs of wear.
In accordance with European consumer laws, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned:
in their original condition
unworn, unwashed
with any original tags (if applicable)

Once the return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Upcycled Pieces
Our upcycled pieces are unique garments, made in limited quantities.
Due to their nature, we do not offer refunds on these items.

However, if your piece does not fit or meet your expectations, you may request:
an exchange (subject to availability), or
a store credit (voucher) equal to the value of the item

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in original condition.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@serica-paris.com with your order number.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible
